Mariah Bell talks shop with us… injury prevention and, of course, jump exercises!
Mariah is the 2020 U.S. national silver medalist and two-time U.S. national bronze medalist (2017, 2019). She is also the 2016 Skate America silver medalist, the 2019 Internationaux de France bronze medalist, the 2019 Rostelecom Cup bronze medalist, the 2019 CS Nebelhorn Trophy champion, and the 2016 CS U.S. International Classic silver medalist. She has finished within the top ten at four ISU Championships.
In her two part course, Mariah shares injury prevention and her off-ice jump techniques.
